Our wellbeing launch event
Our launch event was a huge success. With an amazing turnout, we were able to create an evening dedicated to pausing, grounding and exploring. Each individual who attended was invited to engage with breathing, visualisation and creative exercises. With focus on the breath and physical body, individuals were able to notice how they're feeling and realise what their body needs. Through creative exercises, the group were able to bring in joy and laughter, using their imagination and this creativity led into an exericse used to explore inner emotions. Before grounding at the end, there was space to reflect and share in a supportive environment.
